To ensure our ability to provide global resources with first-class local support, Celerity maintains global manufacturing operations that enable us to provide gas and liquid delivery process modules on a just-in-time basis, in most cases without regard to order size or changes in specifications. All of ourmanufacturing processes are based on a quality business system that starts in the sales cycle and continues through customer service and support. We operate clean room manufacturing facilities in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Virtually all our manufacturing and service facilities are ISO 9001 certified.

Our focus is life-cycle management of our installed equipment and systems. We make our skilled applications engineers available to our customers at all stages, from troubleshooting to installation support at start-up. Technicians trained in all our proprietary technologies are available around the clock. We diagnose problems by phone, helping to track down malfunctions wherever they occur, even when it does not involve our own equipment. Our support teams offer emergency repairs, emergency new builds in our quick-turn manufacturing facilities, as well as repair-exchange programs. We also offer technical training courses, including installation and preventative maintenance. This enables customers to achieve maximum value from our products.

Through a single point of contact, we can sustain equipment and systems management through a combination of our on-site services and our network of Celerity service centers. Utilizing our services maintains the equipment's original warranty, and offers access to extended warranties. Moreover, our single-source solution for fab management and maintenance ensures optimized operations, increased mean time between failures (MTBF), and shortest mean time to repair, all of which allows our customers to focus on their core technologies and processes.
