Kinetics Expands Customer Support Services into SE Asian Markets

SANTA CLARA, Calif., September 10, 2001 - Kinetics Group, Inc. today announced the expansion of its customer support services for semiconductor and wafer fab equipment manufacturers into the South East Asian markets. Kinetics' service organization, Kinetics Global Customer Support, will be operating out of Singapore and will be providing services to customers in both Singapore and Malaysia. The establishment of a customer service organization dedicated to clients in the South East Asian region will significantly elevate the quality and responsiveness of its local support, as well as allow for expansion of global expertise and resources from other service operations around the world. Services initially offered through the Singapore operation include 24/7 technical product and applications support, and product service for mass flow controllers, integrated gas panels, and chemical and slurry systems.
